About
I work at the intersection of medtech strategy, clinical research, and AI. My background combines biomedical engineering, clinical operations, program leadership, and commercial strategy. I move healthcare innovation from proof-of-concept to market - whether that means running programs, evaluating commercialization pathways, or building products that solve real industry problems.
What I do
Strategy & Commercial
Market analysis, go-to-market strategy, commercialization planning, and competitive intelligence across medtech and health innovation.
MedTech & Clinical
FDA regulatory pathways, GMP standards, clinical trial support, and AI-driven diagnostics improving patient outcomes.
AI & Automation
Intelligent systems with LLMs and deep learning for healthcare diagnostics and automation workflows.
Research & Translation
20+ publications, 335+ citations, and translational work moving retinal imaging and AI diagnostics toward clinical application.
Full-Stack Engineering
Python, MATLAB, R, Java, C++, SQL: from medical device firmware to ML pipelines and web applications.
Leadership
Scaled programs to 22,000+ participants across 30+ countries. Led cross-functional teams, managed 50+ person facilitator networks, and built operational systems for program delivery at scale.
Mission
Building tools and strategies that move health innovation from the lab to the market.
How I got here
I started in computer science in Nigeria, where I spent three years as a software engineer building Android apps and leading tech education programs that eventually scaled to 22,000+ participants across 30+ countries.
A close friend's vision loss to glaucoma changed my direction. I pivoted to biomedical engineering - specifically ophthalmic imaging and AI diagnostics - driven by the conviction that technology should reach the people who need it most.
Over the next four years, I led R&D programs at the intersection of medical imaging and deep learning, running 100+ clinical studies, building imaging systems and diagnostic tools, and publishing 20+ peer-reviewed papers.
Along the way, I also did management consulting, evaluated commercialization pathways for emerging medical devices, and built market intelligence tools for clinical trials and regulatory workflows.
Now I bring that technical depth to the business side of healthcare: strategy, operations, commercialization, and building products that solve real industry problems.
